1. Shipping Process

Your orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. All our products are packaged securely and carefully and delivered to your address.

2. Delivery Time

• Domestic shipping within Turkey: 1-4 business days
• International shipping (if applicable): 7-21 business days (may vary depending on the country)

Note: Delivery times may be extended due to high order volume during public holidays and campaign periods.

3. Shipping Company

All our shipments are with MNG Cargo. This is done via [shipping method]. After your order is shipped, the tracking number will be sent to your email address.

4. Shipping Fee

• All Shipping is Free.

5. Address Information

Please ensure you enter your delivery address completely and accurately during the ordering process. The recipient is responsible for any parcels that cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address.

6. Damaged or Missing Product

Please inspect your package upon arrival. If you receive a damaged, incomplete, or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 business days :

🔄 Return and Exchange Policy | StickerMaster

Customer satisfaction is very important to us. However, since our products are custom-made and, once assembled , cannot be resold for hygienic reasons, the following return and exchange conditions apply :

1. Return Conditions​ ​

• You can request a return within 14 days of receiving the product .
• Products must be unused , in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
• Returns are not accepted for customized, personalized, or name - specific products .
• Returns are not accepted for used , assembled , or damaged products .

2. Return Process

1. Please send your return request to bilgi@stickermaster.com.tr along with your order number .
2. After approval, send the product to the specified address with the contracted shipping company.
3. After the product reaches us and is checked, the refund will be processed within 3-5 business days .

3. Terms of Exchange​​ ​

• Exchanges are only made in cases of incorrect product delivery or manufacturing defects .
• Requests for exchanges must be made no later than 7 days after the product is delivered.
• In case of problems caused by cargo errors, you may need to send us photos of the product .

4. Shipping Fee

• We will cover the shipping costs for defective or faulty products .
• In other return/ exchange cases , the shipping fee is the responsibility of the customer .

5. Cancellation ​

If your order hasn't been shipped yet, you can contact us with your order number to request a cancellation.
